Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano downplayed speculation of a possible probe of Joe Biden stemming from the Ukraine scandal.

Napolitano made his comments during an appearance on Tuesday's "Fox & Friends."

Asked if he thought there would be an investigation into the business dealings in Ukraine by Joe Biden's son, Napolitano replied: "You know it depends on who you talk to," he said. "If you talk to [President Donald Trump's attorney] Rudy Giuliani, he's got a lot of evidence of inappropriate behavior by the former vice president and his son.

"Yet, the prosecutors in Ukraine, and even prosecutors here in the United States, say there is not 'there' there."

A partial transcript of a July call between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy shows Trump asked Zelenskiy to investigate whether Biden played a role in shutting down an investigation into a company that employed his son.
