Trump Touts Low Minority Unemployment

President Donald Trump on Monday scolded minorities for voting for Democrats when it's Republicans who are responsible for the low unemployment rates among blacks and Hispanics.

The unemployment rate for blacks fell to 6.8 percent in December, its lowest level since 1972, to which Trump on Saturday tweeted, "I'm so happy about this news."
