It also discusses the time in 1999 when Grimm was investigated for holding nightclub patrons against a wall with a gun drawn, as
DailyCaller.com reports.
Grimm refutes the story, and claims he was proved innocent.
The New Yorker, however, was unable to obtain official documentation to support Grimm’s claim, according to the website.
The article also raises questions concerning whether Grimm may have fabricated crimes that would not have otherwise occurred while he was an agent.
