Poll: Malinowski Leading Lance in N.J. House Race

Democrat Tom Malinowski is leading incumbent Rep. Leonard Lance, R-N.J. by eight points in the race to represent New Jersey’s 7th Congressional District, according to a New York Times/Siena College Poll.

The survey showed Malinowski is backed by 47 percent of voters, compared to Lance who is favored by 39 percent. Twelve percent of voters said they were undecided.

The poll, conducted Oct. 28-31, surveyed 503 people in the district. The margin of error is plus or minus 4.6 percent.
