Rep. Jeb Hensarling, chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, said President Donald Trump's speech to Congress made clear that "America is open for business."
In an interview with Bloomberg News, the Texas Republican called the speech "visionary," "optimistic" and "uplifting."

"It's clear that America is open for business one more time," Hensarling said, calling the slightly more than hour-long remarks "the strongest speech I've heard the president give yet."
He was more measured, however, about Trump's vow for massive infrastructure spending, saying he would be supportive "if there's a way it can be done in a deficit neutral way."
"I was far more enthused on tax reform" and "regulatory relief," he said. "We're going to get tax reform done."
And, he added, it will be a "this-year priority" to get "Dodd-Frank relief" as well.
'To quote the president, we're going to do a number on Dodd-Frank," he said.
