Polling numbers that show Democrat nominee Joe Biden in the lead are "wrong" because they are oversampling Democrats, Jason Miller, a senior adviser to President Donald Trump's reelection campaign, said Monday.
"The key is, the Democrats haven't gotten enough early votes," Miller told Fox Business' Maria Bartiromo. "Democrats are already trying to discount the big red wave coming tomorrow, calling it a red mirage. They know that President Trump is going to be leading after tomorrow. Even Democrats think he'll be north of 280 electoral votes."
Miller also insisted that Trump believes that every American who is legally able to vote should go to do so by Election Day, and the campaign wants to make sure that there aren't any more ballots coming in that are postmarked after Nov. 3.
The president's huge crowds as the election season comes to a close are further proof of the president's strength and show there will "never be another candidate like President Trump in the history of American politics," Miller added.
"What you have to realize before 2016, people didn't think that a Republican could win Pennsylvania or Michigan or Wisconsin," said Miller. "Now that we've proven that this is doable. Folks are more confident they realize their vote matters. They realize every vote matters. That's why we're rallying these people, and getting them out to the polls. President Trump is looking forward to a big win tomorrow."
Trump is also running against the mainstream media, Big Tech, and "the swamp," said Miller.
"If they're able for some reason to be able to defeat President Trump they'll never again allow an outsider to be president," he said. "It will be all swamp monster and career politicians from here on out but even a bigger suppression effort that's going on right now."
The media and Democrats have also been scaring voters from going to the polls on Election Day, said Miller, but Trump supporters will show up despite the "suppression campaign on the issue of COVID" that will "come back to bite them on the rear end tomorrow."
