Huntsman Ad Attacks Romney on Jobs

It looks like there’s not going to be room for more than one moderate — if that — in the 2012 Republican presidential campaign. That may explain a new video from Jon Huntsman’s campaign that trumpets the former Utah governor at the expense of his fellow moderate presidential candidate Mitt Romney, the former governor of Massachusetts.

The video, titled "#1 vs. #47," compares Huntsman’s jobs record with Romney’s.

Under Huntsman, Utah led the nation in job growth, while under Romney, Massachusetts ranked 47th.

The video doesn’t mention Romney by name, but there’s no mystery over who it has in mind when it says there's a Republican with “one of the saddest records” in the country who is "sadly similar" to President Barack Obama on jobs.
