Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan on Sunday fired back at President Donald Trump's criticism of how his state handled COVID-19 tests, urging him to “stop golfing and concede.”

Trump earlier Sunday tweeted a link to a story about flaws in some coronavirus tests Hogan ordered from South Korea in the spring, when Maryland had to compete with other states and nations for limited supplies.

“This RINO will never make the grade,” Trump wrote, using the acronym for Republican In Name Only. “Hogan is just as bad as the flawed tests he paid big money for!”

Hogan batted back, taking a shot at Trump’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic — and his legal fight challenging the results of the Nov. 3 election.

“If you had done your job, America's governors wouldn't have been forced to fend for themselves to find tests in the middle of a pandemic, as we successfully did in Maryland,” Hogan responded.

“Stop golfing and concede.”

Hogan is one of a handful of GOP governors, including Govs. Charlie Baker of Massachusetts and Mike DeWine of Ohio, who’ve disapproved of Trump’s refusal to acknowledge the election results that found him behind Joe Biden.

“I’m embarrassed that more people in the party aren’t speaking up,” Hogan said in an interview Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union.”
