Gallup Poll: Most Voters Say Trump Doesn't Deserve Reelection

More than half of American voters said in a new poll that President Donald Trump does not deserve to be reelected.

Results from the latest Gallup survey:

• 56% of registered voters nationwide said Trump does not deserve reelection.
• 43% said Trump does deserve to be reelected to another term.
• Party-wise, 93% of Republicans, 3% of Democrats, and 36% of independents said Trump deserves to serve another term.
• 60% said the U.S. representative from their congressional district deserve to be reelected, compared to 35% who said the opposite.
• 29% said most members of Congress deserve to be reelected to another term, while 68% said the opposite.

The poll was conducted from Sept. 30-Oct. 15 among 1,035 U.S. adults. The margin of error is plus or minus 4 percentage points.
