Donald Trump has tweeted out a 20-year-old remark by Hillary Clinton in which she referred to young African American criminals as "superpredators."
In 1996, Clinton said packs of roving youths were no longer "gangs of kids," but "often the kinds of kids that are called 'superpredators.' No conscience, no empathy," The Hill reports.
In February, the Democratic presidential candidate apologized for the comment, saying "Looking back, I shouldn't have used those words, and I wouldn't use them today" — but Trump brought it up Friday on his Twitter account.

The Hill notes Trump has "increased his focus in recent weeks on black voters" as polling shows he has little support from African-Americans.
