The Washington Post report alleging President Donald Trump revealed highly classified information to Russia's foreign minister and ambassador surprised many in the political world. 

Sen. Mark Warner, D-Va., called it a "slap in the face to the intel community," if true, while Hillary Clinton's former digital director for communications during the presidential campaign called Trump a "traitor to the United States of America."
