More than a handful of celebrities are joining in on urging Electoral College voters to not pick Donald Trump as the next president of the United States, The Hill reports.

Martin Sheen, Debra Messing, James Cromwell, BD Wong and Noah Wyle, among others, recorded a YouTube video for the group "Unite for America" with a collective message for the 538 electors: Do not vote for Trump. But they didn’t endorse Hillary Clinton all the same.

"You have the position, the authority, and the opportunity to go down in the books as an American hero who changed the course of history," several of them say in turn.

Sheen starts the video by addressing the Republican members of the Electoral College and reminding them that "our Founding Fathers built the Electoral College to safeguard the American people," and to "ensure that the presidency goes to someone to an eminent degree endowed with the requisite qualifications."
