President Donald Trump is concerned about coming into contact with people who have coronavirus, reports CNN.
"He is very concerned about all the people he met who have it, including the Brazilian," a source told the news outlet in reference to Trump's meeting with Fabio Wajngarten, the press secretary for Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro.
Trump was in close physical proximity with Wajngarten Saturday night in Florida at his Mar-a-Lago resort, two people told CNN earlier Thursday.
Wajngarten took a photo with Trump and later stood feet away from the president as he spoke during Kimberly Guilfoyle's birthday.
White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham in a statement said Trump and Vice President Mike Pence "had almost no interactions with the individual who tested positive and do not require being tested at this time."
She added: "The White House Medical Unit and the United States Secret Service has been working closely with various agencies to ensure every precaution is taken to keep the First & Second Families, and all White House staff healthy."
Other officials who interacted with Wajngarten self-quarantined, including Sens. Rick Scott, R-Fla., and Lindsey Graham, R-S.C.
Both have not tested positive for the virus.
The coronavirus, which started in Wuhan, China, has infected more than 130,000 people worldwide and killed more than 4,700.
