Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump are the most popular presidential candidates on Tuesday via Google searches in the state of New York.
According to the tech company, users searching for one of the Democrat candidates are typing in Sanders' name 62 percent of the time, while Hillary Clinton is is the subject of Google searches in the Empire State 38 percent of the time.
On the Republican side, Trump has 61 percent of the searches, with Texas Sen. Ted Cruz (25 percent) and Ohio Gov. John Kasich (14 percent) trailing.
The data was posted to the GoogleTrends Twitter account around midday Tuesday. The data was from a 24-hour period.

New York's primary Tuesday is a pivotal day for all the candidates in the race. There are 95 delegate votes up for grabs in both parties' primaries.
