Begala: Get Ready for 'Orange Speaker'

When you can’t beat ‘em, tease ‘em about their tan. That seems to be the theory of Democratic political consultant Paul Begala, a former adviser to President Bill Clinton. Begala went after likely GOP House Speaker John Boehner, who has tan skin, The Hill reports.

"2008 answered the question, 'Is America ready for a black president?'" Begala told CNN. "Now 2010 will answer, 'Are we ready for an orange speaker?'"
