Dershowitz Denounces 'Neo-Nazi' Cartoon of Him in College Paper

By    |   Tuesday, 24 October 2017 10:39 AM EDT

Alan Dershowitz, the noted liberal Harvard law professor, blamed a "hard left, neo-Nazi" mentality for a college newspaper cartoon that attacks him for his strong support for Israel.

He told the Daily Wire website that the cartoon in the Daily Californian at the University of California at Berkeley shows "there is very little difference between the Nazis of the hard Right and the anti-Semites of the hard Left."

"This obviously was a hard Left neo-Nazi cartoon," he added.

The cartoon appeared after Dershowitz addressed the Berkeley law school on October 11 in a speech entitled, "The Liberal Case for Israel."
