House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., is holding up the $908 billion coronavirus relief bill so she can help "bail out the blue states," according to Rep. Ken Buck, R-Colo., on Newsmax TV.
"It is really up to Nancy Pelosi whether we get a deal done," Buck told Monday's "Spicer & Co." "She's been sitting on this for months. She's still trying to bail out the blue states as much as she can. She's trying to help all of her friends in California and New York.
