Establishment Republicans dislike President Donald Trump because he's thrown a wrench into the course of business that's been the norm for 30 years, Marc Lotter told Newsmax TV.
Lotter works as the national spokesman for the political efforts of Trump and Vice President Mike Pence. During an appearance on "America Talks Live," he argued Trump deserves more credit than he is getting.
