Austin Ruse to Newsmax TV: Catholics Will Find It Hard to Vote for Biden

Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., is an extremely liberal lawmaker, but Catholic voters will have a more difficult time voting for fellow Catholic Joe Biden in November because he is a "dissenting" member of the faith who does not follow its core standards, Austin Ruse, author of the new book "The Catholic Case for Trump," told Newsmax TV on Monday. 

"Catholics were rightly very hesitant to vote for a pro-abortion Catholic dissident in 2004 when John Kerry ran," Ruse told Monday's "Spicer & Co." "This is a replay of the same type of thing: Joe Biden being a dissident Catholic.
