Arizona CD-8 Result Points to GOP Wipeout in November

The closer-than-expected – 53 to 47 percent – retention of the open seat in Arizona on Tuesday clearly indicates the GOP needs to hit the "panic button" among Republicans nationwide.

"These election results ought to startle Republicans in Arizona and nationally out of bed!" Dan Eberhart, Arizona businessman and veteran Republican activist, told Newsmax in the aftermath of Republican Debbie Lesko's narrow victory over Democrat Hiral Tipirneni in the state's 8th congressional district (CD).
