Attorney Janet Johnson, Columnist Rogan Debate Todd Akin's Book

Florida criminal defense attorney Janet Johnson and London Telegraph and National Review columnist Tom Rogan appeared on Newsmax TV's "The Steve Malzberg Show" Tuesday to weigh the fallout from a new book by former Missouri Rep. Todd Akin.

Akin, whose "legitimate rape'' comments in 2012 were widely criticized, is now defending those remarks and has published a new book, "Firing Back: Taking on the Party Bosses and Media Elite to Protect Our Faith and Freedom."
