WSJ's Stephen Moore on Obama: Main Problem Is Incompetence

President Barack Obama's biggest problem is now his incompetence, says Stephen Moore, chief economist for the Heritage Foundation and former senior economics writer for The Wall Street Journal.

"At this point his competence is being questioned by the American people regardless of ideology, whether they're a conservative or liberal or independent,'' Moore told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

"A lot of Americans just don't think he's up for the job," Moore said Wednesday, "and he's kind of the shrinking president, isn't he?''
