NC Mom: Obamacare No Bar to Soaring Costs

Pattie Curran, a North Carolina mother of two children who have rare diseases requiring expensive medication, told "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV Thursday that her premiums and out-of-pocket costs are skyrocketing under an employer-based insurance plan — with her children's prescriptions no longer covered — and that alternatives under the Affordable Care Act would only hit her family's finances harder.
