Lawyer Robert W. Sadowski appeared on
Newsmax TV's “America’s Forum” Friday to discuss the delicate balance between national security and protecting the rights of whistleblowers.
“We as a democratic society want to have as much information as we know and we want to be safe by those people who have the information and need to let the public know,” Sadowski said. “On the other hand the government can't do its job unless it acts in secrecy. Terrorists can't know that marshals are on a plane, what their schedules are.”
