Expert: Obamacare Employer Provisions 'Destructive'

Contrary to media reports, Republicans have produced workable, detailed alternatives to the Affordable Care Act, including fixes for "destructive" employer mandates and backup plans if the Supreme Court strikes down the law, Naomi Lopez-Bauman, health policy director at the Illinois Policy Institute, told "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV on Monday.
