Ex-CIA Agent: ISIS Times Its Videos for Maximum Effect

The Islamic State (ISIS) likely keeps a supply of execution videos to release at specified times for maximum publicity, says former CIA covert agent Mike Baker, host of "America Declassified" on the Travel Channel.

"Rest assured, they probably have some of these sitting on a shelf and they pull them out and use them when they feel it's necessary or when they want to get a point across or the timing is right from their perspective," Baker said Wednesday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

"The killing of Peter Kassig and the others that were shown on this [latest] video likely occurred a few weeks back, probably in October, so they've been holding onto this."
