Michael Reagan: Reports of Hillary Campaign Hack 'Great News for Donald Trump'

By    |   Friday, 29 July 2016 09:28 PM EDT

News reports that the FBI is investigating a hack into the Hillary Clinton campaign's computers are "great news for Donald Trump," political commentator Michael Reagan told Newsmax TV on Friday.

"It really is part of his campaign," Reagan told "The Steve Malzberg Show" in an interview. "He's been saying that for a long period of time — and now you see the FBI and other people involved in this to see about that, except we all know they were hacked.

"I know that a couple of years ago when this was all coming out about Hillary's private email service the Russians were finding a way into the other areas through her private email service. I think you're going to ultimately find that was the venue.

"That was the artery that in fact the Russians, or whomever it was, found their way into all the other areas of the Democratic Party," Reagan said. "It was through that private email."
