Radio's Giordano: Subsidized Weed for Welfare Recipients?

Dom Giordano of WPHT in Philadelphia joined "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV Thursday to discuss a "ridiculous" federal loophole that lets welfare beneficiaries buy marijuana at dispensaries using their government-issue debit cards:

"These are not needy people; these are people who just want to get high."
