Special counsel Robert Hur's report on President Joe Biden's "willful retention" of classified documents might have exonerated him, but presidential adviser Dick Morris told Newsmax it exposed him before the 2024 presidential election.
"I think the important thing is this a finding by the current special counsel that the president is senile and incapable of discharging his duties as president, which really opens the door for the 25th Amendment," Morris told "Saturday Report."
The Cabinet can view the sitting president as "incapable" so Vice President Kamala Harris takes over under the design of the 25th Amendment, which Democrats and the liberal media once talked about seeking to invoke against former President Donald Trump.
But this puts the allegation of incapacity to serve on paper, Morris told host Rita Cosby.
"I think this is tremendously significant," he said. "And, bear in mind, the political issue is not how he is right now – he's going to be in office before more years if he's reelected."
