Jared Max: Protesting NFL Players May Cause Ram's Racial Divide

By    |   Monday, 01 December 2014 04:29 PM EST

The five St. Louis Rams players who raised their arms in support of Michael Brown have likely created a racial divide on the team, says Jared Max, a sportscaster on WCBS 880 radio in New York City.

"I get the impression that if five players did this they essentially drew a line in the sand with other teammates," Max said Monday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

"What does this mean now when they go back into the locker room? Is there division between the players and between the black players on the St. Louis Rams? That's what I've been wondering about."
