James Taranto: Complete Repeal of ACA Unlikely

Friday, 07 November 2014 02:11 PM EST

A complete repeal of the Affordable Care Act is unlikely under a GOP-controlled Congress in the next two years, but some changes to it will be made, says James Taranto, a columnist for The Wall Street Journal and editor of OpinionJournal.com.

Taranto also discussed issues surrounding the election.
