Democratic strategist Joe Lestingi and Daniel Scarpinato, National Press Secretary at the National Republican Congressional Committee joined J.D. Hayworth on "America's Forum" on Newsmax TV Tuesday to discuss if Democrats actually want the Republicans to pursue the impeachment of President Barack Obama so they can use the issue as a fundraising tool.
