The illegal immigrants flowing across the border are also bringing diseases such as tuberculosis, the swine flu, the Ebola virus, and more, and Irene Garcia of Judicial Watch says that it's a crisis that the government is downplaying.
"The government is playing down, drastically playing down the severity of the crisis," Garcia told J.D. Hayworth Friday on "America's Forum" on

Rep. Phil Gingrey of Georgia, who is a medical doctor,
gave Judicial Watch a letter he sent to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, asking it to analyze the public health risk of the increase of the migrant children that are coming across the border.
According to Garcia, Gingrey "has knowledge from his people on the ground that the illegal immigrants are bringing in disease that have been thought to be eradicated or largely controlled in this country."
She said that he is also concerned about the fact that "many of these illegal immigrant minors" are being dispersed "to other parts of the country."
Dr. Sanjay Jain told Newsmax that the other aspect to be concerned about is the fact that these migrant children are being kept in closed quarters.
"When you're in an enclosed environment, especially with these immigrants who come in and they're kind of quarantined to a small, confined area, this can rapidly spread," he explained.
And because it is not a controlled environment like a hospital, the "healthcare worker is getting exposed as well," adding that "there is obviously concern."
