Hogan Gidley to Newsmax TV: Comes Down to Blue Wall Ground Game

By    |   Tuesday, 03 November 2020 11:33 PM EST

Speaking as the pivotal state of Arizona is called for Democrat Joe Biden, the campaign rallies and ground game in Pennslyvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin loom large, according to Trump campaign national press secretary Hogan Gidley on Newsmax TV.

"This campaign has put together the turnout apparatus that is the envy of the political universe – something the Democrats never thought possible," Gidley, the former White House deputy press secretary told host John Bachman on the Election Night special coverage. "The world never thought we could do something like this.

"What the left did was they put all of their eggs in the absentee ballot and that's a problem because they weren't anywhere near the numbers they needed.

"They definitely don't have the numbers they want. So what we were able to do in a lot of these states is exactly what we predicted. Our folks on the ground, getting people to the polls, reminding them the importance of this election, what's at stake."
