Law firms don't have much appetite for a difficult, costly and drawn-out legal challenge to President Barack Obama's executive authority by the House of Representatives, especially if their attorney fees are going to be capped, trial lawyer Heather Hansen told "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV on Monday.
