Doctor, Activist Clash Over Florida Medical Pot Push

With Florida voters set to vote on "Amendment 2," which would legalize medical marijuana, a former White House adviser on drug policy, Dr. Kevin Sabet, told "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV Monday that the initiative is really designed to pave the way for recreational pot use — a claim disputed by Amendment 2 advocate Maurizio Passariello of United for Care.
