The protests taking place in Ferguson, Mo., are "not an issue of black and white" but instead are about "trust in law enforcement," Armstrong Williams, host of "The Armstrong Williams Show," told Newsmax TV's "America's Forum" on Tuesday.

Williams and Rick Ungar, senior political consultant for Forbes.com, discussed the fallout from the shooting death of Michael Brown and Kentucky Republican Sen. Rand Paul's call to demilitarize local police departments.
