RNC's Williams: Obama's Executive Order Will Hurt Hillary

Monday, 24 November 2014 06:39 PM EST

President Barack Obama's executive action giving amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants will hurt Hillary Clinton's presidential chances, says Raffi Williams, deputy press secretary of youth and conservative media for the Republican National Committee.

"You’ll see it hurt her because you'll be able to highlight how much of a politician she is in the sense that she just blows the wind on any given issue and plays partisan politics rather than having a strong moral compass," Williams said Monday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

"She was caught — we have it on tape or reporting of it — demonizing [President George W.] Bush for expanding executive power.

"But in this instance of one of the largest expansions of executive power ever, done by executive decree here, Hillary is supportive of it because it's seen as … being a team player here and it just cries politics."
