Law Professor: Obama Isn't Violating Constitution

Kermit Roosevelt, University of Pennsylvania law professor, joined Ed Berliner on "MidPoint" on Newsmax TV Friday to discuss the legality of President Barack Obama’s executive action on immigration. Roosevelt says the move is really "not that problematic at all," that Obama's not disregarding the law, as some claim, and that what he is doing is actually "consistent with the policies that Congress has set out."
