Journalists should be asking "harder questions" about the effectiveness of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in handling information about the Ebola virus, Julia Seymour, Assistant Managing Editor for the Business Media Institute at the Media Research Center, told
Newsmax TV's "America's Forum" on Friday.
Seymour discussed a recent story by The New York Times that stated there was a "lax culture of safety at the CDC," and questioned why the mainstream media was ignoring "past failures" in the agency's management of dangerous diseases.
