A Fox News poll on Sunday showed Clinton would lose to Republicans, Marco Rubio, Ben Carson, Donald Trump, Chris Christie, Jeb Bush and Ted Cruz if the general election were held today, and that she would tie with Carly Fiorina.

"Hillary Clinton has got a lot of problems that her untrustworthiness numbers, her dishonesty numbers across the board have been a problem for her and for the Democrats for the last year," Bossie said Monday on "Newsmax Prime."

"Bernie Sanders' strength is really more about her than about him," Bossie added, "but the Republicans are running a very good field of candidates. They're all performing well against Hillary because they offer an alternative to the third Barack Obama term."
