The GOP victory was a resounding message from Americans that President Barack Obama doesn't seem to get, says Daniel Henninger, deputy editorial page director of The Wall Street Journal.
"In poll after poll, still something like two-thirds of the country think it's going in the wrong direction. So are you going to believe Barack Obama's politics or are you going to believe the American people?" Henninger said Friday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on

"This was not a national election, this was not the presidential election, this was a whole series of discreet elections in states all over the country … The Democratic Party was swept out to sea virtually across the board.
"Are we supposed to believe that in every one of those elections, it was simply a matter of somehow the poor, beleaguered masses didn't get the message that life is better than they think it is? Give me a break."
