Former INS agent Michael Cutler bitterly attacked President Donald Trump's immigration plan, telling Newsmax TV that he called it "Permanent Action for Claimed Childhood Arrivals."
"There was a 95 percent approval rate for the Obama DACA recipients, about 800,000 from what the statistics were," Cutler told Bill Tucker on "Newsmax Now" in an interview.
"So, what we now have is President Trump doubling [Barack] Obama's DACA.
"What we're talking about are people who can't really verify when they came here — and 1.8 million, it's going to be a lot more than that."

Cutler noted recent think-tank figures putting the actual number of young illegals eligible for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program at 3.6 million.
"Here's what's going to happen," he told Tucker. "Lots of people will charge the border, claim they've been here for 20 years — even though they haven't gotten here yet.
"That 1.8 will go past 3.6. What happens when we get to 6, 7, 8 million?
"You can't turn it off because the lawsuits will begin to fly — and I don't think you can sustain a position against legalizing them if you're legalizing all the others.
"This would be catastrophic," Cutler said. "This would be open season on the integrity of the entire immigration system."
