The Grid's Preston: Obama Has 'Hacked the Constitution'

By    |   Tuesday, 08 July 2014 04:53 PM EDT

Bryan Preston, editor-in-chief of The Grid, joined Ed Berliner on "MidPoint" on Newsmax TV to discuss the lawsuit House Speaker John Boehner has threatened to file against President Barack Obama.

"This president has . . . basically hacked the constitution," Preston said Tuesday.

Computer hackers work by exploiting "weaknesses in an operating system or a security system, or that sort of thing."

"This president is a constitutional lawyer, and he's figured out that by having a divided Congress with the Senate in the hands of someone loyal to him instead of being loyal to the Constitution, he can effectively override Congress and there's not a lot they can do about it," Preston said.
