The rioting thugs who have torn Baltimore apart as they cry "racism" need to understand that the United States is a true beacon of racial tolerance, says Ben Kinchlow, a minister and former co-host of "The 700 Club."
"You go to some of these other countries … and tell me how bad it is in America," Kinchlow, who is also a columnist for World Net Daily, said Wednesday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on

"The truth of the matter is 90 percent or higher of the people in this country who are screaming 'racism' and that sort of thing have no idea what they're talking about.
"I know what racism is from personal encounters. I grew up in the segregated South. I drank from 'colored' water fountains — sneaked a drink, by the way, from white water fountains, and I made a startling discovery. Guess what? The water was the same."
Thanks to the civil rights movement and federal laws that were passed, that discrimination has ended, Kinchlow said.
"When was the last time you saw a sign that said colored restroom, colored waiting room, blacks in the back of the bus, or, worse yet, a segregated cemetery? When was the last time you saw that in America?" he said.
"They don't exist any longer. There is nothing in America you can't do simply because you're black or simply because you are Hispanic."
The trouble in Maryland's largest city began after protesters — furious after Freddie Gray, 25, an African-American man, died in police custody — looted stores, torched cars, and injured dozens of people as they rampaged through the streets.
