A freshman Florida Congressman has been arrested for possession of cocaine in the District of Columbia,
Politico reports.
Rep. Trey Radel, a Republican who represents the areas of Fort Myers, Naples, and Cape Coral, was arrested Oct. 29 records show.
The 37-year-old was charged with misdemeanor possession of cocaine.
Radel faces a maximum of 180 days in jail, as well as a possible fine up to $1,000.
