A Philadelphia man who has been charged with killing his father allegedly had in his possession photos of federal buildings and plans for building a bomb, leading to additional terror charges, NBC News reported.
Justin Mohn, 32 of Levittown, faces more than a dozen charges, including first-degree murder, three counts of terrorism, and theft. Prosecutors allege that Mohn fatally shot his father, Michael Mohn, before using a kitchen knife and machete to decapitate him.
He then recorded a video of himself holding his father's head, saying that his father was a federal employee for 20 years, and calling on others "to initiate violent attacks against members of the federal government."
After recording the video, Mohn allegedly drove his father's car toward a National Guard training center nearby where authorities claim that he planned to attempt to "mobilize" the troops against the federal government. However, Mohr was arrested after police tracked his cellphone.
He was found with a pistol and a USB drive that contained a folder titled "U.S. Army Improved Munitions Handbook" with photos of federal buildings and directions on how to construct an explosive device.
Mohr is currently being held without bail at Bucks County Correctional Facility, with a preliminary hearing set for April 2.
