If Palestinians do not come to the peace table to negotiate, the Trump administration plans to move ahead with its peace plan anyway, permitting Israel to annex parts of the West Bank.

The plans were revealed to senators by White House senior adviser Jared Kushner, according to Axios. Kushner is the architect of the administration's peace plan.

The news is an effort to spur action on the part of Palestinians, who have boycotted the process to date.

A White House official told Axios:

"Nobody can say we didn't give the Palestinians a chance to go back to the table. If they want to talk we are ready. We think we can make it better for them, but if not the world is going to move on without them. We are not going to do things in the same stupid manner it was done before. We are going to keep moving forward."

The carving up of the West Bank state boundaries was conducted by the U.S.-Israeli mapping committee in Jerusalem two weeks ago, according to the report.

Kushner's peace plan was put forth to both Israel and Palestine as parameters for the negotiations, but thus far only Israel has been a participant.
