Poll: Biden Has Slim Lead Over Warren in Nevada

Former Vice President Joe Biden has a slim 4-point lead over Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., in a Suffolk University/USA Today poll of likely Democratic caucusgoers in Nevada.

Biden has the support of 23% in the poll results released Tuesday. Warren is favored by 19%. The gap between them is smaller than the poll’s margin of error of 4.4 percentage points.

Here is a look at how some of the other candidates polled:

  • 14% favored Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt.
  • 4% supported Sen. Kamala Harris of California
  • 3% backed Sound Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg
  • 3% favored entrepreneur Andrew Yang
  • 3% supported billionaire Tom Steyer

The poll, conducted Sept. 19-23, surveyed 500 likely Democratic caucusgoers in Nevada.
