House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D -Md., says "many more" Trump administration officials could be included when the House of Representatives votes next week to hold Attorney General William Barr in contempt of Congress.

In a meeting with reporters Tuesday, Hoyer reiterated his Monday announcement that the House would vote June 11 on whether to hold Barr and former White House counsel Don McGahn in contempt for failing to comply with congressional subpoenas.

But he added, “it may include others,” Business Insider reported.

"I see every name who has either refused to respond to a congressional subpoena or a request for documents," Hoyer said, BI reported. "Or who has been instructed by the president not to respond — is subject to being on that list. I don't know all of them so I'm not going to try to name all of them."

"We could go through an entire litany of names who have been in that category," he said — including Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross as well as Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, BI reported.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
